After more than a decade designing campaigns for billion-dollar companies like Google PlayTM and Apple iTunes (South Africa) and winning awards for innovation—I made a choice: I wanted to help real entrepreneurs build meaningful businesses, not just make corporations richer.

My journey:
From Corporate to Creative Freedom ⤵
The Corporate Years
(2009-2018)
For 10 years, I worked with some of the world's biggest brands as creative coordinator and lead designer a big tech company in South Africa. We launched digital products for Google Play and Apple iTunes, where I worked hand-in-hand with marketing executives and CEOs to create campaigns and product launches that reached millions of people.
I was part of the marketing team that won multiple awards, including recognition from Google Mountain View for Best New Country Launch when we launched digital vouchers in South Africa through Pick n Pay.
During this time, I learned how billion-dollar companies build brands that dominate markets. I discovered what makes brands successful at scale—the strategic frameworks, positioning methodologies, and systems that create sustained growth.
But I also learned what was missing: the personal connection, the purpose, and the ability to see the direct impact of my work on real people's lives.
The Pivot (2019)
When I became a mom in 2019, everything changed.
I realized, I didn't want to climb the corporate ladder anymore. I didn't want to spend my days making already-rich corporations even richer. I wanted freedom. I wanted creativity. I wanted purpose.
Most importantly, I wanted to work with entrepreneurs building something meaningful—people creating businesses that reflect their values, serve their communities, and provide real transformation to their clients.
I wanted to help real, everyday people build their businesses. That's what brings me the job satisfaction and purpose I was missing in corporate life.
The New Chapter
(2020-Present)

So, I took the plunge. Moving to Réunion Island—a tropical paradise in the Indian Ocean 🌴—inspired the creation of AM Studio Créatif. With this studio, I began offering big-brand strategy, award-winning creativity, and personalized focus to entrepreneurs who want more than “a nice logo”—they want a brand that performs.
