We match your child with a pre-designed character based on similar features, age and build. We can then personalise the character further by describing details such as longer hair, brown eyes or a bigger smile—without using their photo in the AI creation process.

Your child’s name is included in the original song, and their personalised cartoon character becomes the star of the animated adventure.

Due to the nature of this service being custom-design, HUMAN MADE using AI tools, there are ONLY 5 CREATION SPOTS PER WEEK. Once you've placed your order, we'll then get in touch with you within 24 hours to get started. The whole process takes up to 7 days to finalise.

Yes. Available formats depend on the package selected. You can choose a vertical video, a horizontal video or a bundle containing multiple formats.

Yes. Your package includes a limited number of revisions for minor adjustments and corrections, such as fixing visual glitches, awkward AI-generated details or small issues within the images or video.

Included revisions do not cover creating a completely new song, characters or adventure, or changing the original creative direction after production has begun.

Because every new image or video generation involves additional production time and all AI generation cost tokens and credits, unlimited revisions are not included. If you would like to continue refining your video after the included revisions have been used, additional revisions can be purchased at a reduced rate or $29,99 per revision.

Your completed video will be delivered digitally to the email address provided during checkout.

With your explicit permission, we may also feature the finished video on our Happy Kids Sing Along YouTube channel. This is completely optional and your video will never be published without your consent.

Yes, AI-assisted creative tools are used as part of the production process, alongside custom design, storytelling, music creation, editing and frame-by-frame creative direction.

Contact us as quickly as possible. If production has not started, we can update the information before your video is created.

You may cancel your order for a full refund before production begins.

Because every video is personalised and incurs production and generation costs, the following policy applies:

• Full cancellation and refund before production begins.

• No change-of-mind refunds once production has started.

• Corrections for errors, visual glitches or work that does not match the agreed order details are included within your package.

• Additional creative changes or revisions can be purchased separately at a reduced rate or $29,99 per revision..

Our company is based in Reunion therefore governed by French law with normally provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, specific exceptions and conditions apply to personalised products and digital content when production begins early with the customer’s express agreement.

By requesting that we begin creating and delivering your personalised video within 48 hours to 3 days, you expressly agree that production may begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that this may affect your right of withdrawal under applicable law.
